The Year of Transformation
New construction. New programs. New events. New ReStore location. New heights.
NOAHH transformed in 2013, and we are looking to keep growing!
With the help of our volunteers, staff, and Partner Families, NOAHH accomplished quite a bit, including the completion of our 500th house. Thousands of volunteers ventured to NOAHH sites to work on homes and neighborhood clean-up projects. We celebrated our grand opening of the ReStore’s new location by hosting our first art show. We also held our first annual ROMP, an all-day celebration with backyard games, food, and entertainment. Big things to come in 2014!

Second Harvest Cooking Class Spotlight
Second Harvest Food Bank held a cooking class for NOAHH Partner Families this past fall. They would meet once a week to cook and learn about healthy eating habits. Jameson Warren, NOAHH Partner Family and cooking class graduate, spoke to local station WDSU and gave them some “ food for thought” about the program.
