The Value of a Home
The A Brush With Kindness program helps homeowners repair their homes at an affordable rate. In the past year, NOAHH has completed 37 projects, ranging from minor exterior work to critical home repair to ramp construction and accessibility work. By turning to the ABWK program, homeowners, like the Bachemins, can get the repairs they need and remain in the home they love.

2014 in Review: You Are New Orleans
THANK YOU. You have done so much for our affiliate in 2014! In the last two months, hundreds of donations have poured in, making our annual campaign a huge success, and throughout the year, your support has kept our affiliate thriving. Through volunteer service, financial and material donations, and advocacy, you have helped us build 16 new homes and complete 3 rehabs!

AmeriCorps Alumni Reunion
Every year, NOAHH is staffed by AmeriCorps service members, who work on our construction team and fill crucial roles in our office. Their term of service is usually a single year, but something about their dedication to New Orleans keeps bringing them back. It has become an annual tradition for many of them to come back and volunteer over New Year's, and NOAHH hopes many more will be joining us for Build-A-Thon this year!
Ways to Donate
You might have noticed some bins around the city with NOAHH's logo on them. All materials donated through these bins go to Charity Clothing Pickup, who then sort and sell the materials. A significant portion of the proceeds go to NOAHH!
